1. Larkya La Pass (5,106 m) — the trek's crowning moment

Crossing Larkya La is the highlight of the entire trek. Trekkers set out before dawn, crunching over frozen ground under starlight, for a slow, steady climb that rewards you with sweeping views of Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, and Annapurna II from the top of the pass.

2. Up-close views of Mt. Manaslu

The trail wraps around the mountain itself, offering constantly changing perspectives of its glaciers and summit ridge — best seen from Samagaun and the side trip to Manaslu Base Camp (4,800 m).

3. Authentic Tibetan-influenced culture
